Clean and perfectly formed if a little compact for a tall couple. Would recommend and stay there again ourselves.
Cozy apartment
It’s a nice apartment on a quiet residential street. Flat 2 is presented beautifully, tidy and clean. We enjoyed our stay there and spent a couple of days in St Anne’s and Lytham.

Good value
Set back off the road in a quiet street this apartment is cosy and has everything you need for a short break. The bed is really comfy and the kitchen area is good for cooking. For us there were some issues with loud noise from the flat above that carried on well after the owners requested cut off time. Maybe because its the end of season housekeeping wasn't the best we notified the owner of the broken window and he adjusted the heating which is controlled externally to help It was our first stay here
Simply Fantastic
Its a convenient area near the centre, its quiet and off the high-traffic areas and it's close to the beach. It is a cosy, clean and nice flat. Thanks for having us and for the small touches that made it extra special!

We had a great stay in lytham! Close to all amenities beach shops restaurants etc, clean and tidy apartment kitchen area great all you need! Would definitely stay here again!
Lovely little break
Nice touch with the hand written welcome card. Clean apartment with everything needed for a few nights stay. Very close to the beach, St Anne's pier and town centre. Comfy bed and ample space in the living area for two. Easy to access and good communication from the host. Wasn't thrilled initially about the electric meter but it literally cost approximately 1 pound for a three night stay so don't let that put you off.
Perfect little seaside retreat
Lovely little apartment for 2 just off the main seafront. Cute beach themed decor was a nice touch. Comfy beds and a little seating/ dining area. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Central location without being right in the town centre. Perfect for some quiet days away from home. It’s a 15 minute walk from the station and 10 minutes from all the shops. Easy to get a bus into Blackpool / Fleetwood or Cleveleys. Less than 5 minutes to the beach / sea front it really is in a perfect area in a quiet residential street.
