Coastal Places are brought to you by Charlotte and Lauchlan!

We live in Lytham St Annes, where two of our properties and our Head Office are located. Lauchlan grew up on the Isle of Coll where our other two properties are located. We spend as much time as we can on Coll - we love to head there for family holidays. We especially love heading to the beach on Coll, and getting involved with water sports. 

Our entry into holiday rentals started in 2012 when we completed the building works at White House Lodge on The Isle of Coll. Lobster Cottage in Lytham was added in 2017, having previously been a simple buy-to-let. Later in 2017 we acquired four - slightly dated - holiday flats in St Annes which we refurbished with new kitchens and bathrooms and updated furniture, ready for relaunch in 2021. Hill Cottage on The Isle of Coll was taken over from Lauchlan's parents in 2019, fully refurbished and launched in 2020.

We love ensuring our guests have the most perfect stay at our properties! We take a lot of pride in keeping all our properties updated, ensuring we undertake property maintenance regularly and constantly adding all those little touches to improve our guest experience. 

Over the years, aside from redecorating, we have replaced floor coverings, added a kids playground, updated kitchen inventories, added Nespresso coffee machines, improved the WIFI and written extensive holiday guides for guests. We strive to ensure all our guests have the best coastal retreat possible.
