Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine, very peaceful. Although the house next door is being renovated there wasn't any disturbance from it (bit unsightly though). Great location and the apartment was really nice and comfortable.

For a visit to StAnnes this is the perfect place!
Very efficient booking process.Check in through the Key box worked well.Lots of information and contact before and during our stay. The apartment was very well presented.We had everything we could want. The location was brilliant with only a short walk to the sea front,Town and public transport.There were also shops and restaurants literally on the doorstep less than 1 minutes walk. For a visit to StAnnes this is the perfect place. I was here for a golfing break so less than 5minutes to Royal Lytham StAnnes and not much further to StAnnes old Links. The area both Lytham and StAnnes are full of really great restaurants,pubs, shops,cafes etc and also great parks and gardens.They are both really nice towns.
